The Calm Down Pack can be used for anger management or anxiety.

This product includes:

Calming strategy cards for calm down centers/areas. Cards come in color and black/white. Connect the cards with a ring to hang or to simply keep them together for your student(s).

I Can Keep Calm activity sheets – Students trace the strategy, write the strategy on the line and color the picture.

Calming Strategies Booklet – You may copy the booklet with or without descriptors for the strategies. In the version without the words, students cut, match and glue the words into the booklet.

This product is listed for grades K-2. However, as with any of my products, you may use them as you see fit with any grade level you choose.
