WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PREMIERE MEMBERSHIP?

Premiere Members receive a higher royalty for products sold on the site. Premiere member products are also featured in the respective category.


CAN I UPGRADE / CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can upgrade your membership at any time. If you are a premiere member, your membership is paid up front for a year. After the year is up, you will have the option to renew or you can change your membership to Standard at that time. Membership fees are non-refundable.


WHERE DO I DOWNLOAD MY RESOURCES?

You can locate all of your purchases from the My Purchases link once you have logged on to the site. Navigate to the product page (click the order number and then the title of the product) and there will be a large green download button. Click the button to download the file to your computer. The file will be available for you to download as long as the seller has the product available on the site.


I CLICKED THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON. WHERE DID THE FILE GO?

 In most cases, when you click the download button the file is saved to your Download folder on your hard drive.


I CAN'T FIND THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON FOR MY RECENT PURCHASE.

 If you used a purchase order, you must email a copy of the PO to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. After we receive it we will manually confirm your order and your download button will be available on the product page when you are logged in to the site.


HOW DO I ADD / CHANGE MY PROFILE PICTURE?

 Click on "My Store Dashboard" and scroll down until you get to the "Members" heading on the left column of the page.  Click on "Member Profile" and then click the image box next to your membership status.  Choose a file and hit "Update". 


I FORGOT MY USERNAME / PASSWORD.

 Go to Login and click on "forgot my username" or "forgot my password".  Type in your email address, click the "I am not a robot" box and hit submit.  An email will be sent to your inbox to reset your username or password.


WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM FILESIZE ALLOWED FOR UPLOADING PRODUCTS?

 The maximum file size allowed is 20 MB.


WHAT TYPE OF FILES DO YOU ACCEPT FOR DOWNLOADS?

 The files allowed are PDF (.pdf), zip files (.zip), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) and Word (.doc, .docx). 


HOW DO I REMOVE / CHANGE A PRODUCT?

 Go to "Member Profile" in the left hand column on the screen and scroll through Member Products to find the product you wish to change or delete.  To edit, click the paper and pen icon in the bottom corner of the product's box.  To delete, click the trash can icon.  


WHERE CAN I FIND STOCK ART TO USE IN DESIGNING MY PRODUCTS?

 Stock art sites that are useful for designing products are thinkstockphotos.com, istockphoto.com, and vectorstock.com.


IS THERE A PRICING GUIDELINE FOR PRODUCTS?

 The first product must be a free download, but after that the prices of your products are up to your discretion.  


HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?

 Go to "CART" which is located in the top right hand corner of the page.  Review the name and quantity of the product you wish to purchase. And click on "confirm your purchase". 


WHEN / HOW DO I GET PAID WHEN MY PRODUCTS ARE SOLD?

 After you make $25, you can click on "Request Payout" and withdraw the amount you wish to receive.
